Jessica BorrillI began my career in the care sector in 2007, when I left school, I have worked my way up the ladder from being someone who made teas and coffees, to achieving my level 5 in leadership and management in 2016. I have also achieved an Open University course in Death and Dying. I share the same passion as the organisation’s which is to be delivering the highest standard of care to our residents. I am willing to work in partnership with the owner of the home in raising the overall standards of care and improve the facilities on offer. My main aim within Eastwood Lodge is to uphold the resident’s Dignity, Respect and Privacy. I am looking forward to putting my ideas and knowledge and experience into practice, I pride myself in supporting and mentoring the staff and it is a real privilege to be a part of the team here at Eastwood Lodge. |
